Job summary

Henleaze Junior School, part of the Amplify Education trust, is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with EHCPs or SEND, one-to-one or in groups. You will liaise with class teachers to set targets and plan activities, and record pupil progress to adapt lessons using your experience.

The role involves working within the Learning Support team, drawing on experienced colleagues, with enhanced DBS checks and flexible working options supported by the Trust.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with EHCPs or SEND.
• Ability to work one-to-one or in groups.
• Liaise with class teachers to set targets and plan activities.
• Proven ability to work as part of a Learning Support team.

Learning Support Assistant at Henleaze Junior School, part of the Amplify Education trust and sharing a campus with an infant school. Duties centre on supporting pupils with EHCPs or SEND Support, one to one or in groups, and working with class teachers on targets and progress records.
