Job summary

Reeson Education is seeking a Learning Support Assistant in Lambeth to join an Additionally Resourced Provision from September 2026. The role involves supporting pupils with autism and complex communication needs within a structured ARB setting attached to a mainstream school.

You will work with teachers, SENCO and therapists to support communication, emotional regulation and access to learning throughout the school day.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEN or autism.

Location: Lambeth (near Stockwell / Oval)
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-time Long-term
Pay: 95- 120 per day
Setting: Additionally Resourced Provision (ARB)

A supportive and inclusive primary school in Lambeth is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their Additionally Resourced Provision from September 2026.

This Learning Support Assistant role will involve supporting pupils with autism and complex communication needs within a specialist setting attached to the mainstream school. The provision offers a structured and nurturing environment with small groups, clear routines and strong staffing support.

The successful Learning Support Assistant will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO and therapists to support pupils with communication, emotional regulation and access to learning throughout the school day.

The school has a strong reputation for inclusive practice and provides excellent support and training for staff working within SEN.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting pupils within the ARB on a one-to-one and small group basis
