We are looking for empathetic, energetic and reliable people to join the Starfyn Education Family in a long-term, full-time SEN Teaching Assistant role!
One of our specialist SEN schools in Lambeth supports young people aged 11 to 19 with a range of learning difficulties and communication needs, with many students also having a diagnosis of Autism (ASD).
The school places a strong emphasis on helping students develop their independence, confidence, communication, emotional regulation and life skills, alongside their academic learning. Staff work closely together to create a positive, structured and supportive environment where every student is encouraged to make meaningful progress.
The school uses a variety of approaches to support students, including sensory regulation strategies, Total Communication, Makaton, Intensive Interaction, Zones of Regulation and practical life-skills activities.
