Job summary

Richard Taunton Sixth Form College is seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to work 33 hours per week on a permanent, term-time basis. You will support students aged 16-25 with SEND and SEMH, promoting wellbeing and independence while safeguarding pupils in a supportive college setting.

The role requires a minimum Grade C (Level 4) in English and Maths or equivalent, plus prior safeguarding experience. The college offers excellent benefits and a thriving learning community.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade C (Level 4) passes in English and Maths, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience of supporting students with SEND and/or SEMH.
• Good knowledge of Safeguarding and Prevent.
