We’re looking for a compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Sheffield. If you’ve worked 1:1 or in small groups, supported children with SEND, or come from a social care background and want to make a difference in education—we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting children with SEND or learning differences—1:1 and in small groups
• Helping the class run smoothly with hands-on support
• Thinking creatively to keep pupils engaged
• Working at least 3 days per week (more if you’re keen!)
About you:
• Experience in schools or with SEND (or a background in care)
• Calm, patient, and encouraging
• A real team player with a warm, supportive approach
• Ready to jump in and start making a difference ASAP

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
