Job description

Are you a dedicated and experienced educator passionate about making a difference in the lives of Children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? At Co-op Academy Southfield, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team.

As a Specialist Teaching Assistant within our Provision, you will deliver bespoke, specialist education tailored to meet the evolving needs of SEN pupils, including those with complex requirements. You will develop and implement personalised learning plans to support each pupil’s unique needs and abilities. Use innovative teaching methods and resources to engage and inspire young learners. Collaborate with external agencies and our wider inclusion team to ensure holistic support for pupils’ development. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes confidence and growth.

  • Are excellent practitioners. A specialism or additional training in Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable.
