Co-op Academy Southfield is seeking a dedicated Specialist Teaching Assistant to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This role involves delivering tailored education, developing personalized learning plans, and fostering an inclusive environment. The academy values diversity and is committed to making a difference in young learners' lives.
As a Specialist Teaching Assistant within our Provision, you will deliver bespoke, specialist education tailored to meet the evolving needs of SEN pupils, including those with complex requirements. You will develop and implement personalised learning plans to support each pupil’s unique needs and abilities. Use innovative teaching methods and resources to engage and inspire young learners. Collaborate with external agencies and our wider inclusion team to ensure holistic support for pupils’ development. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes confidence and growth.
