As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced teachers and pastoral staff to provide tailored support for students with additional learning needs. You'll help create an inclusive learning environment where every student feels supported, engaged and able to succeed.
This is a varied and rewarding role that includes classroom support, one-to-one intervention, small group work, supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), promoting positive behaviour, assisting with learning activities and contributing to students' personal development.
