Job summary

National Autistic Society is seeking a Learning Support Assistant in Radlett, United Kingdom. The role focuses on providing the highest standards of support to pupils, ensuring access to the curriculum and alignment with education and care plans, under the SPELL framework.

About the Role

You will be providing the highest standards of support to our pupils, so they achieve positive and meaningful outcomes in line with their education and care plans and through the implementation of SPELL framework.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the children to access the school’s curriculum within the school day
  • Maintain daily records of assessment as directed by the teacher
  • Support with class organisation at the start and end of each day
