Job summary

The National Autistic Society is hiring a Support Worker for Field View Residential in East Yorkshire. You will help people live their best lives by following their support plans and daily routines.

This is a full-time role at 37 hours per week requiring flexibility for evenings and weekends. A driving licence is preferred to support local transport needs.

About the Service

Field View is a residential service for autistic adults in East Yorkshire. There are four flats and one house which provide safe, low-arousal environments. The people we support can work towards living more independently.

About the Role

We are looking for caring Support Workers. Your role is to help people live their best lives by following their support plans and daily routines.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, eating)
  • Encourage activities they enjoy (swimming, hiking, arts & crafts)

This advert is for a full time position at 37 hours per week.

Your working pattern in this role will require flexibility to meet the needs of the people supported and their families and will include evening and weekend working.

Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) is preferred
