Job summary

The National Autistic Society is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to provide high standards of support for autistic children and young people. You will help pupils access the curriculum and work within education and care plans under SPELL framework.

This full-time, permanent role offers 34.5 hours per week, based in Radlett. You’ll join a team focused on safety, inclusion, and positive educational outcomes, with induction and autism training provided.

Learning Support Assistant

About the Role

You will be providing the highest standards of support to our pupils, so they achieve positive and meaningful outcomes in line with their education and care plans and through the implementation of SPELL framework.
