Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.00pm
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

After 6 weeks in post, you will qualify for the 4-day working week - work 4 days but get paid for 5 days!
Crookhey Hall School is a Social and Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) School catering for boys and girls aged 10 - 17 years. The school is located on a 15-acre site in the countryside south of Cockerham, near Lancaster. Due to the location, having a driving license is beneficial.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work directly with pupils, helping them maximize their educational potential. Responsibilities include preparing learning materials, running classroom activities, and supporting pupils' emotional and physical needs to foster their development and engagement.
You will support pupils with SEMH needs, benefiting from experienced team support, and directly contribute to their progress and well-being.
Who we are looking for
You should be adaptable, capable of working in various classroom roles indoors and outdoors, and possess a qualification in English/Maths. A caring, responsive approach is essential, whether leading activities or supervising outdoor exploration.
