Job summary

Poole High School in Poole is seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team. You will help students access the curriculum, adapt tasks and support their social, emotional and behavioural development, both in class and during broader activities.

The role requires energy, flexibility and a collaborative approach as you work with teachers, support staff and families to build an inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.

• Promote and safeguard the welfare of children andyoung people in accordance with our Safeguarding and Child Protection policies.
