Responsibilities

• Supporting students with a range of learning needs both in and out of the classroom.
• Working alongside teaching staff to deliver effective learning support strategies.
• Promoting student independence, confidence, and engagement.
• Assisting with the preparation of learning resources and classroom activities.
• Providing pastoral support and helping to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Monitoring student progress and contributing to support plans where required.
• Supporting safeguarding and student wellbeing.
• Building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
