Job summary

Huntingtree Primary School is seeking a caring, positive and skilled Learning Support Assistant to join our inclusive team. You will work with pupils, including those with SEND, to support learning and daily classroom activities.

We are looking for someone who thrives on challenges, welcomes feedback, and enjoys collaborating with colleagues to help every child succeed. Visits and tours are encouraged as part of the selection process.

Qualifications

• Experience working with students with SEND.
• Excellent LSA with a child-first approach.
• Willingness to accept constructive feedback.
• Ability to work well with others in a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Support learning activities and small-group work for pupils.
• Monitor pupil progress and report back to teachers.
• Assist with classroom routines and behaviour management as needed.
