Job summary

Latton Green Primary Academy in Harlow is seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a supportive team. The role involves working alongside, and sometimes independently from, class teachers to help pupils achieve their potential.

Ideal candidates will have a Level 3 qualification (or be working towards it) and be proficient with ICT. The post includes opportunities to collaborate with a specialist teacher to support pupils' needs and participate in CPD opportunities.

Latton Green Primary Academy are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our successful team. The ideal candidate would be an effective role model that sets high expectations and motivates the pupils to achieve. Applicants must be enthusiastic and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Learning Support Assistants (LSA) would work alongside, and individually from class teachers.
