Job summary

Richard de Clare Community Academy in Halstead is seeking a part-time Learning Support Assistant to provide learning support for pupils in class or withdrawal settings, either 1:1 or in small groups, to help pupils access learning and reach their potential.

The successful candidate will be dedicated, positive and flexible, with a love of learning and a belief in inclusion, diversity and safeguarding. The role requires working within a supportive team and contributing to a caring school community.

The admissions limit is 45 pupil per year group.
