Fairhouse Primary School in Basildon is seeking a Learning Support Assistant / SEN Support Assistant for immediate start on a fixed-term contract until 31 August 2027. The role is 30 hours per week, term-time plus inset days, with a 39-week year. Salary ranges from £19,185 to £19,784 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Fairhouse Primary School has an exciting opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant / SEN Support Assistant to join our team as soon as possible on a Fixed Term Contract (linked to the pupil you will be supporting) until 31st August 2027.

The position is for 30 hours per week, 8:45am to 3:15pm with a 30 minute break, Monday to Friday. Term time (plus 5 inset days) for 39 weeks a year.

Salary Scale 3 to Scale 4 (Range 6 to 9) dependent on qualifications and experience. Actual Salary £19,185 to £19,784 per annum, (includes paid annual leave, which must be taken during school closure periods).
