Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? We are currently looking for Learning Support Assistants to join schools across the Eastbourne area. Whether you're seeking full-time or part-time opportunities, we have a variety of roles available, including permanent positions and flexible supply cover roles.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that students reach their full potential, offering both academic and emotional support.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support students with their learning, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively.
  • Work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to individual and small groups of students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Support children with additional needs, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), where applicable.
