Sidney Stringer Academy in Coventry seeks a Learning Support Assistant to support, monitor and track the progress of targeted students across key stages. You will work under guidance to assist teachers with lessons and classroom activities, aiming to inspire learning and maintain positive behaviour.

The role is part-time, term-time only, with a Grade 2 salary (£19,523–£19,830) and 32.5 hours per week, 8:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday. Start date is ASAP with an early November closing date.

Formación

• Good numeracy and literacy skills demonstrated through qualifications or prior work with children.
• Experience working with children in a similar environment.
• A positive interest in supporting students and inspiring learning.
• Basic understanding of child development and learning, plus relevant policies.
