Amarval Partners Ltd in London is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join a secondary setting for an immediate start. You will work 1-1 with students, support engagement, and help them reach their potential.

The role is long-term with an immediate start, hours 8:30am–3:45pm, and offers access to training, weekly pay, and opportunities for career progression within education.

Qualifications

• Experience working within schools, preferably as a Learning Support Assistant
• Strong track record of inciting change in the pupils you have worked with
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Patience and a calm demeanor at all times
• Flexibility
