At Ravenscote Junior School, we believe that our curriculum enables children to know more, do more and remember more. We are looking for someone who is adaptable and enthusiastic, has good interpersonal skills and is able to use their own initiative to work well as part of our friendly, hardworking and supportive team. The Learning Support Assistant role will involve supporting specific children to access their learning but also to undertake other usual classroom duties whilst working alongside the children as directed by the class teachers. This could include reading, working with intervention groups, working 1:1 with target children, working in the class alongside the groups and undertaking break and lunch-time duties.
This is initially a fixed term position to 31st August 2027, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
