Job Opportunity: Support Staff at Andover Campus

Join our social network and support students with SEN at Andover Campus. We are offering roles with various hours, from 3 to 5 days per week (36 weeks per year).

Salary: £2,000 FTE Recruitment Attraction Payment, pro-rated if part-time.

About the Role

We are dedicated to supporting students with SEN and ensuring they reach their full potential. Due to an increase in students with EHCPs and SEN, we have expanded our curriculum and staff team. We are seeking additional staff to support students either in Mainstream or Foundation settings, assisting them in class and throughout the college day, both in groups and on a 1-1 basis.

Requirements

• Good education standard, including English and Maths at grade C/4 or above or equivalent.
• Willingness to undertake further training.
• Experience working with young people in educational or care settings is advantageous.
