  • Prior experience working in a school or with children, ideally in a learning support capacity.
  • A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children’s individual learning needs.
  • Strong communication skills to build effective relationships with students, teachers, and staff.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students with a variety of learning needs. You'll work alongside teachers to help children access the curriculum, offering both group and 1:1 support to ensure their success. Whether you’re helping with class activities, providing additional resources, or offering tailored support, you’ll be making a real difference to the educational experience of each child.
