Longwood Primary Academy and Nursery is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive team. The role involves assisting pupils with their learning under the guidance of class teachers and fostering a positive, inclusive environment.

Learning Support Assistant

Salary: Pt 4-5 (FTE £25914- £26312) Actual Salary £18,203.55- £ 18,483.13

Start date: ASAP

Hours: 8:15am - 3:45pm, 32.5 hrs term time + insets (36.4 working weeks)

Longwood Primary Academy are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our successful team. The ideal candidate would be an effective role model that sets high expectations and motivates the pupils to achieve. Applicants must be enthusiastic and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Learning Support Assistants (LSA) would work alongside, and individually from class teachers.
