Job summary

NET Academies is recruiting an ARP Teacher to oversee daily interventions in both ARP provisions at Longwood Primary Academy and Waltham Holy Cross Primary Academy. You will work with a specialist SEND team to deliver tailored planning and support for pupils with ASD.

The role starts ASAP/January 2027, is full-time, and paid on the M4-UPs scale dependent on experience. The ARP team emphasises collaboration, CPD, and flexible working arrangements within NET Academies.

Qualifications

  • At least a C in English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent).
  • Level 3 qualification (or currently working towards achieving).
  • Ability to use ICT and learn new skills.
  • Working in partnership with specialist teacher to support pupils needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and deliver day-to-day interventions within ARP and mainstream classrooms where appropriate.
  • Oversee both ARPs and provide tailored planning and support.

ARP TEACHER

Longwood Primary Academy and Waltham Holy Cross Primary Academy have established Alternative Resource Provision (ARP) for children with ASD. The children attend day to day learning in the ARP however they have opportunities to work in the mainstream classroom where appropriate.

This ARP teacher role is a unique opportunity for anyone who wants to develop their skills to oversee and deliver the day to day interventions within both provisions.

Part of this opportunity will include overseeing both ARPs, alongside tailored planning and support, working with a specialist SEND team from across NET Academies.
