Somerset Skills & Learning is seeking a part-time Learning Support Administrator in Bridgwater. The role involves coordinating administrative processes for learning support and ensuring accurate records and timely documentation.
You will work with the learning support team to maintain compliant systems and support learners with additional needs, contributing to high-quality learning experiences under Disability Confident practices.
Forming part of the overall administration service for SS&L, we are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Learning Support Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of inclusive, high-quality learning experiences.
The primary purpose of this role is to oversee and coordinate the administrative processes associated with learning support, ensuring that learners' additional needs are identified, recorded and supported through effective systems and procedures.
Working closely with learning support colleagues, you will ensure that learning support records are accurate and up to date, relevant documentation is completed within required timescales, and processes are managed efficiently in line with organisational and funding requirements.
At SS&L we’re proud of our culture and everyone plays a part in building SS&L as a great place to work. Most importantly, it's how we all help to change lives through learning. We're guided by four values: Collaboration, growth, innovation, drive
We expect everyone who joins us to bring these to life in how they work, not just what they deliver. If you thrive on working collaboratively with others, pushing yourself and your colleagues to improve, holding yourself to high standards and looking for better ways of doing things, you'll feel right at home here.
