Job summary

Milk Education is working closely with several secondary schools across Liverpool to recruit Classroom Support Staff, including Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants and HLTA's. You will help pupils reach their full potential and support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.

We welcome applicants with experience in education; training and CPD offered via Milk Academy, flexible hours, APSCo compliance and equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

  • Experience with children or young people is desirable.
  • Patient, caring and proactive attitude.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
  • Relevant qualifications welcomed but not essential.

Responsibilities
