Hft is seeking a Learning Specialist to join our Learning & Development team. This hybrid role combines home-based delivery with regular travel to our services across Bristol, Gloucestershire and the West region, supporting frontline colleagues with practical, person-centred learning.
You will design, deliver and continually improve learning experiences—from induction to apprenticeship delivery—helping colleagues gain confidence and the knowledge to provide outstanding care within our services.

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Learning Specialist to join our Learning & Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by equipping our frontline colleagues with the skills, confidence and knowledge they need to deliver outstanding, person-centred support.
This is a hybrid role, working primarily from home, with regular travel to our services across Bristol, Gloucestershire and the West region to deliver face-to-face learning, coach colleagues in practice and build strong relationships with operational teams. Applicants should therefore be based within reasonable travelling distance of these areas.
As one of our Learning Specialists, you’ll design, deliver and continuously improve engaging learning experiences that support colleagues throughout their journey at Hft.
From delivering induction and mandatory training to developing blended learning solutions and supporting apprenticeship programmes, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our teams have the knowledge and confidence to provide exceptional care.
You’ll be an enthusiastic and confident learning professional with experience within health and social care and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
