We're looking for an experienced and passionate Learning Specialist to join our Learning & Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by equipping our frontline colleagues with the skills, confidence and knowledge they need to deliver outstanding, person-centred support.
This is a hybrid role, working primarily from home, with regular travel to our services across Bristol, Gloucestershire and the West to deliver face-to-face learning, coach colleagues in practice and build strong relationships with operational teams. Applicants should therefore be based within reasonable travelling distance of these areas.
As one of our Learning Specialists, you'll design, deliver and continuously improve engaging learning experiences that support colleagues throughout their journey at Hft.
From delivering induction and mandatory training to developing blended learning solutions and supporting apprenticeship programmes, you'll play a key role in ensuring our teams have the knowledge and confidence to provide exceptional care.
You'll be an enthusiastic and confident learning professional with experience within health and social care and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
