Job summary

Hft in Bristol is seeking an experienced Learning Specialist to design, deliver and continuously improve learning experiences for frontline colleagues across Bristol, Gloucestershire and the West. This hybrid role combines home-based delivery with regular travel to services to coach colleagues in practice and build strong relationships with operational teams.

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Learning Specialist to join our Learning & Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by equipping our frontline colleagues with the skills, confidence and knowledge they need to deliver outstanding, person-centred support.

This is a hybrid role, working primarily from home, with regular travel to our services across Bristol, Gloucestershire and the West to deliver face-to-face learning, coach colleagues in practice and build strong relationships with operational teams. Applicants should therefore be based within reasonable travelling distance of these areas.

What you'll be doing

As one of our Learning Specialists, you'll design, deliver and continuously improve engaging learning experiences that support colleagues throughout their journey at Hft.

From delivering induction and mandatory training to developing blended learning solutions and supporting apprenticeship programmes, you'll play a key role in ensuring our teams have the knowledge and confidence to provide exceptional care.

Your responsibilities will include:
