University of Dundee is seeking a Learning Space Technology Support Team Analyst to join the End User Services department. You will log and resolve user queries, assist with AV setups, and help maintain learning spaces technology across campuses.

The role focuses on supporting staff and students with applications, networks, and events, and contributes to the university's Learning Space Technology Strategy. Visa sponsorship is not available for this post.

Competenze

• Being a key point of contact for users of Learning Spaces Technology, logging and resolving queries, incidents, and standard requests relating to equipment and applications
• Providing preventative maintenance and keeping Learning Spaces Technology equipment in satisfactory condition
• Identifying areas for service improvement

• Assist staff and students with accessing applications and University wired and wireless networks
• Set up and troubleshoot AV technology for courses and special events
• Support the Learning Spaces Technology team in delivering the strategy
