Job summary

AD Education UK’s Campus Support Technician (Leeds) provides day-to-day technical and operational support across teaching spaces, studios and events to keep learning spaces safely running. You will assist lecturers, manage equipment hire and asset records, and help with health and safety tasks and basic IT troubleshooting.

A relevant technical or facilities qualification or experience is desirable; willingness to undertake Fire Marshal and First Aid training, with occasional evening or weekend

Qualifications

• Qualify with technical, creative or facilities-related background is desirable.
• Willingness to undertake Fire Marshal, First Aid, and Health & Safety training.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical support across teaching rooms, studios, labs and learning spaces.
• Assist lecturers during practical sessions and workshops to ensure smooth and safe activities.
• Support equipment hire, logging, maintenance, asset records and basic IT troubleshooting.
• Contribute to health & safety checks and promote safe working practices.
• Collaborate with academic teams, CST colleagues and facilities staff to maintain spaces and standards.
