Job summary

Hult Ashridge Executive Education is seeking a Learning Solutions Director to diagnose complex leadership and organisational challenges and design impactful learning and development solutions. The role collaborates with sales, faculty and clients to shape client solutions and ensure design quality, contributing to the evolution of our offers and approaches.

Qualifications

Experience in leadership development, organisational development or leadership learning design.
Experience translating client needs into commercially viable solutions.
Experience working with Microsoft Office, in particular high level of skill with MS PowerPoint.
Experience working with senior stakeholders and navigating ambiguity.
Preferred client-side L&D or OD experience.

Responsibilities

Diagnose client challenges and design integrated learning, leadership and organisational development solutions.
Collaborate with sales, faculty and clients to shape proposals and narratives.
Coordinate with faculty and experts to translate expertise into client solutions.
Support design quality and evolution of offers and methodologies.
Coach and develop solution design capability across the sales community.
