Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant management experience within learning, skills and employment functions.
• Experience implementing national policies at local establishment level.
• Knowledge of OLASS and related learning delivery.
• Ability to plan, monitor and report on learning activities and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Learning Skills and Employment function across the establishment.
• Coordinate OLASS and non-OLASS learning including industries, gymnasium and library provision.
• Develop and monitor quality assurance frameworks and SARs for the facility.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety, policies and security requirements.
• Manage budgets and staff performance, development and appraisals.
• Collaborate with resettlement services and risk management to support learner journeys.
