Job summary

The Ministry of Justice is seeking a Learning Centre Manager to oversee the daily operation of a Learning Centre within Prison Learning Design & Delivery. You will ensure a safe, secure, hygienic environment and deliver exceptional customer service while maximising centre use and aligning with the MOJ operating model.

You will foster an inclusive culture, support staff wellbeing, manage health & safety compliance and uphold data protection standards, with no direct line management

Qualifications

• Problem solving and resolution skills.
• Excellent organisational and written/verbal communication skills.
• IT literate with strong Microsoft applications knowledge.
• Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and organisations.
• Experience managing multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the Learning Centre.
• Ensure a safe, secure, hygienic environment and high service standards.
• Promote the Learning Centre and maximise use in collaboration with External Venue Manager.
• Maintain inclusive, discrimination-free learning environments for delegates.
