Job summary

East Kent Colleges Group is seeking a Learning and Skills Coach at EKC Canterbury College. You will deliver English, maths, study skills and digital skills to students one-to-one and in small groups, working with a team of coaches across the college to play to strengths and deliver various aspects of provision.

The role emphasizes an excellent student experience, interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping students reach their potential with supportive pastoral guidance.

Qualifications

• You will be highly organised, creative, and able to plan engaging and innovative sessions with demonstrated interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• You will support students one-to-one and in small groups, delivering sessions on English, maths, study skills and digital skills.
• Assessing and tracking student progress to plan interventions and ensure students develop the skills they need to succeed.
• You will provide academic and pastoral support to help students achieve their potential.
