Job summary

London South Bank University (LSBU) is seeking a Learning Resources Advisor – Customer Services (Communications and Publications) based at the Southwark Campus. You will join the Customer Services team, delivering friendly support across Library, IT Support and University Services, face-to-face, online and via phone.

You will help maintain the Library and Skills site content, produce guides and publications, and contribute to staff intranet updates, with strong IT skills and creativity in

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong IT literacy including Microsoft 365 and web content tools.
• Experience with publishing and design software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frontline customer services across Library, Student IT Support and University Services.
• Support development and maintenance of the Library and Skills website, LibGuides and LibSites.
• Assist in producing online and physical publications and content updates on staff platforms.
