About the Role

As a Learning & Development Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of L&D Functional Programs within the GSCS organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the learning programs, cohorts, and interdependencies, as well as the ability to facilitate communication, manage learner progress, and coordinate activities to ensure program success. Collaboration with the stakeholders, Business Partner and Learning Program Management Team, and Operations is essential.

Area of Responsibility

  • Facilitate open communication between learners, instructors, and program leads to address any issues or concerns raised.
  • Monitoring learner progress and identify individuals who may be stalling or falling behind.
  • Coordinate with the Learning Portfolio Manager and Zone Coordinators to provide timely interventions and support to learners within the respective zones.
  • Implement strategies and processes to proactively identify and address learner challenges, ensuring a high completion rate.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the learning programs, cohorts, and interdependencies to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Providing regular updates to program leads and other key stakeholders on program performance, class capacity, and any issues or risks.
  • Working closely with the Functional Lead to stay informed of deadlines and generate progress reports, delegating submission deadlines as needed.
  • Keep the Learning Portfolio Manager informed of program progress, blockers, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Proactively plan and manage program-related activities, ensuring effective risk mitigation and timely communication to all stakeholders.

Your Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in learning and development, with a focus on program management and strategic planning.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with learning platforms and adult learning principles and their future evolution.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
