Job summary

Mental Health Matters (MHM) is recruiting a Learning Partner to collaborate with services and managers, shaping how we develop people and support services. You will champion the 70:20:10 model and design practical learning solutions that improve teams and patient care.

You’ll work remotely/hybrid across the North West and neighboring regions, travel as needed, and partner with Heads of Service to embed leadership capability and mandatory learning.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering learning within health, social care or similar operational environment.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience supporting workforce development through professional qualifications or externally funded learning programmes.
• Experience working with managers to identify development needs and create practical learning solutions.
• Knowledge of blended learning approaches and workplace learning.

Responsibilities

• Proactively partner with services and managers to understand capability needs and develop practical learning plans.
• Design and deliver engaging learning experiences.
• Support leadership development through coaching, workshops and development programmes.
• Monitor compliance and embed mandatory learning across services.
• Evaluate impact of learning and use insights to improve what we do.
