Alternative Futures Group seeks a Learning Lead to manage and deliver professional learning and organisational development for our Mental Health division across Independent Hospitals and Community Mental Health Services. You will partner with leaders to identify training needs, design and implement learning initiatives, and drive performance through a skilled, engaged workforce.

• Experience in a Learning Lead/Training Manager role or similar.
• Knowledge of training requirements in health and social care.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs via robust learning needs analysis.
• Coordinate a local learning framework aligned to workforce plans.
• Deliver and evaluate Mental Health training interventions with Learning Partners.
• Design and deliver training solutions across methods (workshops, e-learning).
• Produce evaluation reports using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Manage external training providers and budgets.
