Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a hands-on Learning Operations lead to manage the execution of customer and partner education programs at scale, design efficient workflows, and automate learner communications using AI-enabled workflows and platform automation.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in learning operations or certification management, hands-on LMS experience (Docebo, Skilljar, Cornerstone, LearnUpon), and strong cross-functional collaboration in a SaaS setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational execution of customer and partner education programs at scale.
• Design and improve workflows to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
• Automate learner communications, registrations, reminders, certifications, and reporting.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools for learner support and scalability.
• Develop repeatable systems enabling education programs to scale.
• Support growth and adoption of certification programs across customers and partners.
• Develop certification pathways from foundation to advanced.
• Drive awareness, participation, and completion with stakeholders.
• Administer the LMS and supporting learning technologies.
• Build automations across enrollment, reporting, certifications, and learner support.
• Integrate learning systems with business systems and AI workflows.
• Maintain governance, data quality, security, and platform integrity.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to improve learner journeys and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Partner Enablement, Customer Success, and Product teams.

• Manage the operational execution of customer and partner education programs at scale
• Design and improve workflows to reduce manual effort and increase program efficiency
• Automate learner communications, registrations, reminders, certifications, and reporting using AI-enabled workflows and platform automation
• Evaluate emerging AI tools for learner support, program administration, and operational scalability
• Develop repeatable systems that enable education programs to scale efficiently
• Support growth and adoption of Pigment certification programs across customers and partners
• Develop certification pathways from foundational to advanced expertise
• Drive awareness, participation, and completion rates with stakeholders
• Support train-the-trainer initiatives and broader implementation talent ecosystem development
• Administer the LMS and supporting learning technologies
• Build and maintain automations across enrollment, reporting, certifications, learner support, and content operations
• Integrate learning systems with business systems and AI-enabled workflows
• Maintain governance, data quality, security, and platform integrity
• Develop dashboards and use analytics to improve learner journeys, certification outcomes, and program effectiveness
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Partner Enablement, Customer Success, Customer Education, Enablement, Product, and People teams

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in learning operations, education programs, certification management, enablement operations, or related fields
• Experience administering LMS platforms such as Docebo, Skilljar, Cornerstone, LearnUpon, or similar solutions
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and operational workflows
• Experience supporting customer education, partner education, enablement, certification, or talent development initiatives
• Strong analytical skills using data to improve adoption, engagement, and program outcomes
• Ability to balance strategic program goals with operational execution
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment preferred
• Fluent English
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI, automation, or workflow orchestration tools
• Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and their application to learning, enablement, and program operations
• Ability to redesign manual processes into scalable, automated workflows
• Experience with workflow automation platforms, AI copilots, or no-code automation tools is a strong advantage
