Job summary

Engage Education in Oldham is seeking a Learning Mentor to deliver 1:1 and small group SEN support for KS3 and KS4 students with complex needs at a local secondary school.

The role focuses on tailored academic help, building rapport with students, and reporting to the SENCO. A 2:2 UK degree is required, with DBS update desirable but not mandatory. The position runs full-time for the academic year starting September 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children in any capacity.
• 1:1 and small group SEN support experience is desirable.
• Enhanced DBS update service desirable but NOT mandatory.

Learning Mentor – Benefits:

Learning Mentor – What We’re Looking For:
