Protocol Education is recruiting a Learning Mentor for a thriving secondary school in Ashington, Northumberland. You will support students on a one-to-one and small-group basis, helping them build confidence and resilience throughout the school day.

Ideal for graduates seeking a future in teaching, educational psychology or social work, this role offers long-term opportunities with immediate and September starts. PAYE pay and dedicated consultant support are included.

Responsabilidades

• Support students one-to-one and in small groups.
• Build positive relationships with young people.
• Help students overcome barriers to learning and engagement.
• Deliver targeted interventions to boost confidence and achievement.
• Support pupils with SEND, ASC, ADHD and SEMH needs.
• Work with staff and parents to support pupil progress.
