Job summary

King's Academy Prospect is seeking a Learning Intervention Mentor to join our SEND and Inclusion team. You will support students with literacy interventions and help re-engage learners in lessons, working closely with teachers to adapt learning so every student can succeed.

This role is term-time only with 31.35 or 37 hours per week, starting September 2026, based at King's Academy Prospect. You will build positive relationships, be patient and adaptable, and help students overcome barriers to

  • Salary: KGA Scale Band 5 Points 6-9
  • Hours: 31.35 or 37 hours per week, term time only (plus 2 INSET days)
