Job summary

Broadwater School is seeking an enthusiastic Learning Mentor to join the SEN Department and help students overcome barriers to learning, promoting engagement and progress across academic, social and emotional domains.

You will work with teachers and pastoral teams to provide targeted support in and beyond the classroom, helping students develop resilience, confidence and essential skills for secondary education success.

This is a varied and rewarding role supporting students across the school. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to help remove barriers to learning, promote positive engagement and support students to make progress academically, socially and emotionally.

Working alongside teachers and other colleagues, you will provide targeted support both in and beyond the classroom, helping students develop the skills, resilience and confidence they need to thrive throughout their secondary education.
