Broadwater School is seeking a Learning Mentor to join our committed SEN Department and help students succeed in all aspects of school life.

You will motivate, challenge, support and inspire learners, working with teachers and pastoral staff to remove barriers to learning and promote progress across academic, social and emotional development.

1 - Support Students to Achieve Their Best

This is a varied and rewarding role supporting students across the school. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to help remove barriers to learning, promote positive engagement and support students to make progress academically, socially and emotionally.

Working alongside teachers and other colleagues, you will provide targeted support both in and beyond the classroom, helping students develop the skills, resilience and confidence they need to thrive throughout their secondary education.
