As a Learning Mentor, you will work closely with children, families and school staff to provide targeted support around learning, wellbeing and engagement. You will build positive relationships with pupils and families, providing individual and small-group support and working collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to help children develop confidence, resilience and the skills they need to succeed. We are looking for someone with experience of working with children and/or families who is empathetic, approachable and resilient, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be passionate about improving outcomes for children and confident in building positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
