Job summary

Outwood Academy City is seeking a permanent Learning Manager to lead student support through data and interventions, monitor progress using MIS and Praising Stars, and act as first point of contact for behaviour incidents.

The role requires strong communication, organisation, and good IT skills in Microsoft Office; training will be provided on the MIS, and you will contribute to safeguarding as part of the academy team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with students, parents and staff.
• Organised, able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Proactive team player with a calm, professional attitude under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor students using MIS data and intervention strategies to maximise attainment.
• Act as first point of contact for behaviour incidents and support consequences and readmission meetings.
• Support safeguarding and contribute to a positive school culture.
