Job summary

Wymondham College in Norfolk is seeking a Learning Lead (Cognition and Learning) to deliver targeted intervention programmes for students with Cognition and Learning difficulties. The role reports to the SENCO and focuses on identifying, tracking and reviewing progress to drive measurable improvements.

You will work within a supportive staff team, with access to professional development, on-site parking and a generous LGPS pension.

The Learning Lead (Cognition and Learning) is responsible to the SENCO for delivering intervention programmes for students with Cognition and Learning difficulties, which may include those struggling with literacy and numeracy difficulties.This will include responsibility for identifying, tracking and reviewing student progress, running intervention and demonstrating the impact of intervention programmes.
