Job summary

Wymondham College is seeking an Administration Officer: Vulnerable Students to provide essential admin and operational support for pupil premium, PLAC, LAC and service pupil premium. The role includes safeguarding administration via MyConcern and wide College Office duties.

The post requires a proactive, well-organised individual committed to safeguarding and supporting vulnerable learners within a busy school environment. Part-time, term-time only, with paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in school administration or equivalent
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle safeguarding-related duties

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality administrative and operational support for vulnerable student provision (Pupil Premium, PLAC, LAC, Service Pupil Premium)
• Handle safeguarding administration using MyConcern
• Assist the College Office with routine admin tasks and stakeholder communications

We are looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic individual with high standards and the ability to communicate and interact effectively with others to join our school as an Administration Officer: Vulnerable Students. Working as part of the College Office team, you will provide high-quality administrative and operational support for our vulnerable student provision, including Pupil Premium, Previously Looked After Children (PLAC), Looked After Children (LAC), and Service Pupil Premium, while also undertaking key safeguarding administrative responsibilities through MyConcern.
