Job summary

Wymondham College is seeking an Administration Officer: Vulnerable Students to join the College Office team. You will provide high-quality administrative and operational support for pupil protection programs, including Pupil Premium, PLAC, LAC, and Service Pupil Premium, while handling safeguarding duties via MyConcern.

The role is fixed-term until August 2027, 25 hours per week, starting September 2026. The college offers professional development, free refreshments, on-site parking, and LGPS

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with staff and students.
• Experience in office administration is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality administrative support for vulnerable student provision.
• Manage Pupil Premium, PLAC, LAC and Service Pupil Premium records.
• Handle safeguarding admin tasks using MyConcern.
• Support the College Office team in daily operations.

Working as part of the College Office team, you will provide high:quality administrative and operational support for our vulnerable student provision, including Pupil Premium, Previously Looked After Children (PLAC), Looked After Children (LAC), and Service Pupil Premium, while also undertaking key safeguarding administrative responsibilities through MyConcern.
